Quick update,
Got in my first accident ever in the windy roads of BC!
Wet roads + speeding = front flipping a ford focus.
On a plus side, I invested in the first HQ to house this ridiculous hobby,
I’ve decided to hold Sunday mass featuring the ever famous CT fletcher, preaching at it’s finest!
I’m formally now known as the reverend, can i get a hallelujah! 🙂
I picked this property up for 1500, 30 ish minutes outside of where I reside in a small town, when I say small reference a population of eight people. The plan is to turn this into a “getaway”, in other words a shop. There is alot of work to be done, but I’m no stranger to projects. The potential is there, the foundation and roof are solid, water gas and hydro are ran to the building, and the ceiling is high enough for a hoist. The unofficial plan is to wipe out the basement, fill and concrete. Wipe out all the dividing walls and create an open space and build a second level to house a “living” space, or for better words a entertainment area.
I don’t really have a time-frame for this as it’s pending funds, but I would love to have usable space in the next year.
The cressida, as some of you may know I replaced the headgasket earlier this year. I resurfaced the head, ran a felpro OEM head gasket and went with ARP headstuds. I cut corners by not resurfacing the block and it came back to bite me in the ass. But everything happens for a reason.. I stumbled across some diagnosing videos from a couple months ago and figured it’s appropriate to share them. Enjoy the symptoms of a violently leaking HG.
As mentioned before, everything happens for a reason and I’m a true believer.
The next heart transplant trumps any setup I could ever have dreamed of and I’ll let the pictures do the talking.

I’m writing this post from Cold Lake, AB.
In other words a 600km drive from Moosejaw, SK in a 1971 Datsun 521 with all original bench seats made out what looks like hay and springs. I’m here for a month for a work related exercise and the plan is to take full advantage of the automotive club.
Going to try and document the following repairs:
Exhaust
L/H Outer wheel bearing
R/H Drum cylinder
Rear Ebrake drum kit
And stabilizer bushings
I did some take some photos of the drive, enjoy.
And I’ll finish this off by leaving you with a glimpse of what happens when I visit tofino, in for the lols 🙂
